Hotel Mondego exceeded my expectations with its exceptional service and unbeatable location. the friendly and attentive staff made our stay comfortable and memorable. the recently renovated facilities were clean and inviting, providing a perfect atmosphere for relaxation after a day of exploring Coimbra. the rooftop bar offered stunning views of the old cathedral and university, making it a fantastic spot to unwind with a drink. The room was equipped with modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom, ensuring a cozy and convenient stay. the buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to satisfy every palate. the hotel's central location, just a short walk from the train station, made it easy to access local transportation and explore nearby attractions like the old cathedral and Convento de Santa Clara a Nova.
